Property Moose was founded in 2013 as the first property crowdfunding platform in Europe. Property Moose is driven by inclusivity, opportunity and social change, and are attempting to reimagine the housing market. They've created a platform that allows investors to become landlords for just £10, receive any applicable rental income and potentially cash in on the eventual sale of the property. They operate live secondary market that allows Property Moose members to potentially trade their shares on an exclusive trading platform.

How Does Property Moose Work?

After signing up to Property Moose, investors will be asked to complete a short questionnaire on their investment experience so that they can ensure investors understand the risks involved, and confirm their identity. Investors can then deposit funds into an E-Wallet with a credit card, debit card or bank wire transfer.

Then investors can start browsing investment opportunities, to decide which suits them best. As Property Moose source properties that are below market value for investors’ benefit, each investment opportunity will detail the percentage at which it is Below Market Value. In addition to this, one can find statistics on the projected yield and projected growth. Beneath these figures is an investment calculator where you can see the projected return you could expect, depending on how much you invest and the property performing as expected. Investors can also potentially benefit from their secondary market, which may allow one to buy in to a fully funded investment, or exit the term early by selling shares, should investors find a willing buyer.
